ONENESS

   This picture is about well, "oneness" and the full realization of this. Also, using one's power to be fully 'active' in co-creation. Lately I have been trying to live this everyday rather than just have it be a concept or a musing if you will. I have almost completely cut out alcohol from my body which was huge for me. I was at a point just a couple of weeks ago where I felt I needed to drink "a little" everyday just to cope with the stresses of life. Fooling myself into thinking it was helpful when in fact it was a huge part of why I felt the need in the first place. It's a vicouse cycle as they say.

   I have also modified my diet a bit. I have already been a vegetarian for a couple of years now, but lately I have taken it one step further. Whenever possible eating raw,unprocessed food and drinking a lot of purified water. Meditation also has been greatly helpful. Just a few minutes a day while on break at work as well as while in the bath tub at home.

   In the tub I submerse myself as much as possible and just let go of the stress as well as try and be receptive to beneficial energies of the universe. As I understand water is a huge conduit of variouse energies. An obvious one is electricity but also emotional and spiritual energies as well.(see Dr.Emoto's MESSAGES IN WATER)

   At work there is a place behind the building where I work that I go and sit out in the sun for a few minutes. In fact just 2 days ago(7 months to the day until December 21 2012) I was out there seeing (just for kicks) if I could actually leave my body and have an OBE. Well I get this funny thought in the back of my mind to try and look for....well a ufo. It was an obsolutely clear and beautiful sky so I thought what the hell. Well my eyes look over at a space between 2 buildings and right as I do, something flies by! It was silver and cylindrical and just glided through the air quickly and with ease. Now I do realize it could have been an airplane and it went out of view before I could get a good look at it but I don't think so. The way it moved was like there was nothing resisting it at all! No wind, no gravity, nothing! Also the fact that I decided to look at that small piece of open sky right at that moment and it was but a moment (2-3 seconds) is weird on it's own.

Anyway i guess what my point to all of this is there is so much to see and experience in this world with just a little effort and a LOT of OPENNESS!
